Remington 597 magnum???

Hi guys !

I was wondering if : did anyone figure out how to make the 597 mag. shoot yet, or is it a dead dog ?
So far people have been reporting all kind of problems with them.
Too bad because it would fill my needs perfectly.

The link below from the Remington website tells about a recall notice on the Model 597 in .17 HMR. Not sure what caliber you have. All the best...
