I know of a logger who divides his large logging lots into 10 acar lots with a one room P.O.S. shack atached to each lot. He resells the individual small "camp lots" to people downstate.
Wolvie, Check out "Adirondack Life" or maybe "N.Y.S hunting/fishing". They might have something in their Classifieds?
