Gumpokc gave you good advice. The P-14 sight you mentioned is (I assume) the "Battle Sight" since the ladder sight goes from 100 or 200 to about 1500 yards. The 6 O'clock hold on a bullseye is pretty standard with military rifles to have a definite aiming point as opposed to the "center hold" which is not too helpful when you have different sized bullseye targets.

Using the battle sight,you can use a B-8 target with a 6 inch bull or any sized bull you have, since you are aiming at 6 o'clock, the useful information is where does you gun "print" bullet holes on the target with that sight picture at 6 o'clock. Record the impacts and bullet type used. The battle sight is on point of aim/point of impact about 350 yards, so your 100 yard groups will probably be above point of aim.
