Getting Close!!

Hello All,
Well, It's almost that time of year again.. the crops are starting to come out, the bucks are shedding their velvet & the fawns are losing their spots, hunting season is just around the corner! Time to start digging out the gear & get everything ready to go.

As some of you know, I have been known to post some (out of focus, so far away it could have been a UFO) pictures of the big buck I have running around my area.. well, I just can't wait till the big boys start showing them selfs this year! Only after 2+ years I finally got me a new digital camera.. I was first wanting the Konica Minolta Dimage Z1, then the Z2, Z3.. by the time I had the funds to buy the Z3 they come out w/the Z5!? So, that is what I got, the Z5. It takes awesome photographs & about anything else you could want in a new camera. Most important though.. it has 12X Optical zoom!! lol I should be able to get some good closeups now!

One thing though, the pics I post always look a little "rough" because I have to compress them so much so that I can keep them under 100kb. Plus, I see most of the big bucks at about dark & that is never an easy time to get good clear photos! Anyway, I'll stop making up excuses for my poor skill's in photography & get to watching for the big ones. lol
