	Check the archives. I have posted at least 3 or 4 recipes for pheasant. I hope your search goes well. I'll give you a quick, simple one though. Cut bird into peices and put in a baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Top with a bottle of Italian (oil and vinegar) dressing, any variety you like. Bake for an hour to an hour and a half at 350degrees. Just check for doneness. ENJOY!! McPat  |
