Not guilty. My invariable ground rules are: any coyote you see is YOUR dog.
I really was looking at a different dog - one that was straight ahead of Kirk's stand - but I was gonna shoot it if I hadn't gotten a sudden injection of stupid and started fiddling with my scope! That stand pointed up another of my theories. I firmly believe we all call in two or three dogs for every one we see. I saw (probably) three dogs on that stand, and Kirk saw at least one. Only two were in sight long enough to attempt a shot.
