Deer hunters: what do you shoot?

For many years I used a 760 Remington in 257 Roberts. I used to handload the old 100 grain Winchester silvertips over 45 gr of 4350. I don't think I evr had any of about 25 whitetails move more than 10 yards. It was an absolutely deadly load. At present I m using a 7x57 with 120 grain handloads. Both of these cartridges were praised by Jack O'Connor and I heartily agree.
