Death Valley(Mojave desert)

If your ever in the Victorville area there are lots of old abandoned mines and caves in that area. If you get the chance also get to Calico. It's one of those places that gives you goose bumps as your walking around it.

Lots of history in that area, good and bad.

Watch your P's and Q's if you go cave exploring though and preferably go with someone that is experienced. It's fun but it can be dangerous.

In the Hesperia area there used to be a lot of off road dirt biking, don't know if thats still available or not. I haven't been back to that country since '69.

The desert is just like a beautiful woman, the beauty is there but it can turn around and kill you quickly.
