Eat some dog food....yep..

1# ground
1 pack min rice
1 jar beef gravy

brown ground meat, cook rice till done in a bag or how ever ya get it... then mix together with a jar of beef gravy...S/P to taste....real good....we call it dog food because the vet said it would be a good diet for the dog......and it was...helped her out...but smelled so good, I ate with her....
