I've been on a workout program for about a year and a half. I usually hit the excercise bike for 20 -25 minutes, and use the weight machines for a bit too. At least 3 times a week, usually 4. It's helped tremendously with deer and turkey seasons. And I'm in a lot better shape than when I started.
Especially since a lot of the places I hunt have some pretty serious hills.gd
