Gil is right ,you need to know if it is 1891 or 1909, carbine or infantry,and I assume it has been re-barreled as the original was chambered 7.65 x 53. Once you have that info there are numerous sources for replacement stocks,wood or synthetic. If I can be of help give us a holler. jplonghunter
