I think you mean Konus. They are owned by an Italian company, and made in China like so many others, I wouldn't bother.
I saw one for a rimfire back in Germany last year and was unimpressed with it. If you looking to save money, I would suggest a Simmons Master series ProHunter, but as a minimum scope. Save up and get a better scope.
