I didn't care and told him to please see an eye specialist; opthamologist. He waited a year to do so and when he passed away two years ago, was blind from macular degeneration. Have your doctor do the tests for macular degeneration, gluacoma (sp), and cataracts. When you get older, cataracts are almost a given. Macular degeneration can be treated if caught in the early stages. Do yourself a lare favor and have your eyes checked once a year, at least after 65 .
