I have gotten another new rifle, and will take it on the hog hunt next week.
Springfield Armory SOCOM, with an EOTech holo sight mounted forward of the action. So far I have tried it with Fedeal Classic 150 grain SP, and it feeds well, and shoots accurately. The short 16.5 inch barrel, .308 cartridge, and the EOTech sight seem to make an almost perfect pig rifle.
