Seeing well is one of the things I miss from my 20's....

My eyes are 61 now. I can see the target, but I cannot see the rear sight.

Mojo Sights work wonders on the milsurp rifles. Don't know if they have started making anything for commercial guns. My Swede, with iron Mojos, will routinely do 1 3/4" groups at 100. www.mojosights.com.

You can take a few of pieces of black electrical tape, and make an aperture, about 3/16" on a side, in the center of your eyeglasses. I usually make it triangular. It's amazing what that will do for you when there is abundant light.

Other than that, it's scope city, as far as I know.

Oh, I did hear about a new surgery coming out, where they replace your lens with one that is perfect for your eye, and gives you a full range of focus, just like when you were young.
