my 300win weighs 8.25 then topped with 3-9 loe. recoil is very managable even for, me.
my 2506 is 8.5lbs alittle heavier only because of the smaller bore. recoil is next to nothing, its topped with a 4.5-14x40 leo. it packs the most punch but dosnt knock you around. a 3006 that weighs 7lbs topped with 3-9 glass kicks more than my 300win set up the same.
