PACT makes scales for RCBS and (I'm pretty sure) Dillon. If you can find one at lower cost, it's probably still a PACT.
But PACT is very good about warranty work, and the other companies might not be - especially if they only buy their scales and not the service that goes with it. I'd send it back first, as recommended by Billy. BTW, Billy, I figured out my scale. But women? Uhhhhh....
