Been shooting 100gr Btips in a few 25-06s ever since this bullet hit the market. It is all I've used for deer and woodchucks since then.

As for bears, I loaned an old M700 25-06 walnut ADL to a friend's wife about twenty years ago, when they went to Idaho for a spring bear hunt. She killed a 6'6" black bear with it, but all three Nosler Partitions went right through it, guide had to polish it off for her, as it was still on the move. I suggested they use some of my Sierra 117gr spitzer loads, but he insisted on loading up the Partitions instead. 87gr,100gr and 117gr Sierras all were capable of sub-MOA with that particular rifle, but once it got to liking the then-new 100gr Btips, it never saw anything else.
