Loading deer into truck

Does anyone have a slick way of loading a deer into the back of the truck? My Chevy 2500 sits up fairly high and I about blew out my lower back loading my buck yesterday. Luckily I had a 5-6 foot section of ladder stand in my truck which I leaned aganst the tailgate like a ramp. Then I got the hind end about 1/2 way up the ladder/ramp, then I had to lift the head and front 1/2 of the deer off the ground and slide him in. It worked OK but I'm not a big weightlifter type at all, and it was quite a chore. Other times on smaller deer I've gotten their head up on the tail gate and tied it to the anchors, then lifted the hind end in, but that's not easy either. I'm talking big Iowa deer, not mini-southern deer ;-)Thanks for any advise or homemade construction ideas.
