"Out of Box" accuracy????

I shoot a lot of new rifles. The best "out of the box" is the win. M70, or browning A-bolt with the boss option, but it will drive you to drink getting there. I have seen all brands shoot extremely well, and then those that never shoot under 3 inches @ 100 yards. The Remington 700 is the most inconsistent, some shooting very well, others not. I would say the Savage has a better average group than the remington, or non-boss M70. The MOA weatherby vangaurd is a very good shooter, but as i told a guy looking at one, you can`t buy the weatherby rifle thats not the MOA, because those others, weatherby guarantees won`t shoot.
