The dogs will work with a remote control boat to chase them in the water. Takes lots of time to pi$$ them off enough to leave the area.
Loud fireworks with report the can be fired at them like bottlerockets only with a real bang your local fireworks store will have them on sale after the 4 of july. I have seen them caught in net traps and relocated also.

I don't know but I've been told it's hard to swim with the weight of gold. On the other hand I have heard it said it's just as hard with the weight of lead.
