Roy, the key sentence in your post was
(If I allow my neighbor 70yds away, to conduct covert and overt operations) I dont know about you but I have no idea what operations my neighbors are conducting. I will tell you what I keep looking for though, is Hezbollah terrorist being killed and layed out for display instead of babies....
