Here in MIssouri we have the death penalty and it is used enough to get their attention, what do you do with a guy in Michigan who is there for life for murder and he kills another prisoner or a guard?

If he kills a good guy:
Execute him.
Death by hanging viewed by the prison population.
Or a simple headshot from close range. But that will never happen...
Now if we shipped him off to Russia or Bulgaria...
