I went out with my dad today. I was late, and happened to pull onto the street right behind the game warden. Nothing like getting checked out by the game warden just as I get there and having to help others explain things to the game warden.
The birds were almost non-existant, but I managed to get my 12 in 28 shells anyway. Hope you are able to get out with your kid next week. Dad and I will be going again on Monday. Hopefully, there will be more birds on Monday.
