In Washington State if you have a concealed carry permit the only places off limits to you with your concealed gun are federal buildings, jails, bars and schools. They are trying to change the limit on schools because of the shootings elsewhere.
All cities, counties and unincorporated areas have to comply with the State's laws and no restriction can be any more than the State allows.
