part of the homeland security package, a person's home is their castle and yu have the right to defend it using force if necessary, in other words shoot first ask questions later policy, its explained in wilkepedia just about the same way the only ones who are protected from you are the law enforcement officers you can't shoot them if they are performing their duty in coming into your domain
