Gun Clubs deny CCW Folks Reality!

Here in rural Northcentral Pennsylvania, our local gun cub prohibits handgun holster-draw on the firing line. One can start from the Ready Position- the handgun in front of the shooter at a downward 45 degree angle, BUT NO Holster draw! The club cites liability issues, yadda, yadda. The club member and CCW person MUST draw a loaded gun sometime, so why NOT on the firing line? I suggested the club have CCW folks sign Liability Waivers so they can "Groove" their CCW draw in case of gravest extreme. It was merely "Pearls before Pigs!"

My son lives in NH and is a member of a big club there. They have several ranges: one for Class III full autos and a Handgun Combat Range. The handgun range AGAIN PROHIBITS Drawing from the holster to fire a handgun on a silhouette target! Will someone tell me HOW does a CCW person draw and fire a loaded handgun on the street with ANY degree of competence IF they cannot do the same on their club range?

I have a large wooded and hilly farm a mile from the brain-dead gun club. I run many handgun classes on my land and all CCW folks get to simulate the REAL DEAL. I insist on holster draw, weak hand draw and firing in case the strong hand has been injured and I run my people through decision courses gun clubs ban. CCW folks need to groove real situations. Most gun clubs will not see the forest for the trees. That is why I bought many acres and do what is necessary.
