Dog retrieves on the ice?

It only becomes Honey Do time if I let it. She knows that I work pretty hard and that I am not willing to give up hunting. She said she hopes that I go hunting more next year because this winter I have been one hell of a complainer and I have been miserable. Plus, she wants to go out on the boat and try fishing. She has also asked me to teach her how to shoot sporting clays. She has gone a couple of times with my brothers and I, but she didn't want to shoot. Behind closed doors she told me she didn't want to shoot because she felt embarrassed, but wouldn't mind shooting if it were just me around.

Don't think I'll ever get her to pull the trigger on an animal, but she might just come hunting to see what it is all about. Granted, she hates the cold so she probably will only be able to come early resident goose season and dove season.

Are you married? I know Skeet and TreeDoc are married and the last time I checked they did a bunch of hunting and shooting. Marriage doesn't seem to stop them any, why should it be any different for me. Heck, Skeet owns enough firearms to outfit the National Guard if there is a shortage.
