Bosveldjag,
The US has next to no unemployment, next to no inflation and practically zero interest rates. New housing is so hot it's hard to find even day laborers. The headlines you read are crap - the product of extreme media types who only want to unseat our current President and install a socialist government. I don't know of a country in better shape.
