That law sounds like something Hitler would have came up with.

you will be required to surrender unserialized ammo of face a felony charge. and, any semi-auto handgun will be required to have it's serial number laser engraved on the firing pin in order to transfer it to the primer of the fired round.

It also sounds like a logistic nightmare! I bet it will be expensive for the taxpayers.
