I have known several people with 3 wheelers. All got hurt at some point. If you are very careful, load deer right, only go streight up or down hills it will do the job needed.

I noticed in your last post "and is really quick". That is the first sign of danger. Remember, the faster you go on ANY atv the more the blood flow to the brain is cut off. I have done MANY foolish things on my 4 wheeler over the years and only had minor injuries. I count myself lucky so far.

ATVs are super tough. They just keep going with very little work. They are great for hauling out deer and are a blast to just ride. The rider ( at least in my case ) is the weak link and the one most likely to be damaged.
