			I am truly sorry that this happened to you, and can only hope that you and your dog are re-united in the near future. 
		
		
		
		
		
		
			As I have said before, some dogs are worth more than some people. Obviously, the person that took your dog is a dredge of society and should be shot on sight. A couple of things to help prevent this, or help with the recovery of the dog, is the use of a tatoo or a micro chip on the dog to help identify it when it is taken to a vet or a shelter later on by the miscreant.

			Thanks guys.He's still missing.He was an older dog and set in his ways (i.e not housebroken). I keep my lab at the house and they didn't get along.Radar once started a fight and Buddy finished it.

			Many years agoe I lost or should I say was stolen a pointer down in Nebraska.  It was found a year later and the cop recognized it as mine. 
		
		
		
		
		
		
			The CHIP is ok but unless it hits a shelter that scans for it I don't think it is all its bragged up to be. Thieves tend to shy away from visiable markings like the tattoo ears ect. I must add my dogs are chipped and dont thing I would do the other but there is no deterent from stealing.
