One of the best knives that I have had the pleasure of using is a double bladed flolder by Coleman. This knife has done a lot of work over the years as I seem to be the one who gets to gut them out and help drag them out.

I had that exact knife for years. Bought it at the PX in Nurnberg
(spelling?) in 1990, but it grew legs onetime on an overnight trip.
stayed at a motel and forgot to grab it from nightstand in 95.
went back the next day but noone had seen it.

several weeks later one of the room cleaning staff was fired for stealing from the rooms, can't prove it, but i know where it went :/
