That yote sure seems to have long legs?

Yep they're tough. With a shot like that they get awful sick and will "hole up".

I shot one at about 70 yds, hit the rib cage but no vitals except a larger vein or artery with a 270 140gr bullet moving pretty good. Yote never fell, just took off at warp speed. I was so stunned I didn't get another shot off. Blood was spurting like a gyser. It ran full tilt a full 75 yards and piled up. Amazing
