Gil.
I have a M96 Krag Carbine that has a new M1903A3 barrel fitted. I like my Krag very much and have carried it many days in the PA deer woods. I agree that it is hard to find mint and original Krags these days. I keep looking about, but they are scarce. My sporter stocked carbine suits me fine. Adam
