Lot of the serious bobcat trappes out west use live trap cages. I think this is as much to keep the cat from being torn up in the set by a yote as anything else. On those longlines trap checking is not a daily occurrance so long waits in dirt hole cs sets arent any good.

Shouldnt be a problem in Fl. Good luck and be sure you stop back and tell of your successes or what you leanred. I find it darn near impossible to set a trap without learning something before its over.
