smashin geese is chicken soup for the soul. found myself with a box of 3's and a couple bb's, so with a three in the one and two holes it was on when i flip the lid and the first bird was close enough that i could see scales on his legs, about a foot off the gun barrel, passed him and smashed two of his compadres. blew it on the second shot i pulled a rookie mistake, had so many birds inside ten yards they were stacked 3 deep when i looked down the barrel, so in my haste to kill, i dont think i had my head down all the way and sent my baseball size pattern into crisp september air only. ended with 3 and 1/2 geese on the day.
now i can relax
oh hey, does any one have any good scare crow chicks for keepin geese out of a field that you cant get in, like a wolf archery target or a manakin?
