reloading labels??

I make up my own loading labels on a piece of paper about twice the size of the small labels packed in the bullets boxes from Hornady, Sierra, etc.

I list the date, component data and the arm loaded for. At the shooting bench, I note the results on the target for reference and confirmation of the load and arm's performance.
