I hear that. THIS side of the Rockies is in severe drought - again. We "broke" a seven-year drought with last year's record snowpack, but that came to a screeching halt this winter.
All the "Drought is over!" celebrations went back in the bag, big time. They're talking not only water restrictions but fines and even jail time for errant lawn waterers this year! Holy parched parsnips, Batman!
