From what I've read, it sounds like he has a vendetta against the dry cleaners, and is trying to cause them pain and suffering. I guess things had dragged on for a couple of years before they got to this point.
I hope whatever judge hears this case has the sense to dismiss it as a bad lawsuit. GSG
