I'm not much of a fan of Innotek. I don't care much for their service. I now run DT and have been using it for going on eight years with not much problem. It seems that both of the collars I now have don"t hold the charge as long now and I'm assuming that the batteries in the collor are probably going bad, but thats a long time for a battery of any kind. I am thinking about getting a new collar also and will probably go back to DT or Sports Dog. Tri Tronics is right at the top of the list, but are rather pricey. I do think they make a good product though. It all depends on how much you want to spend. Good luck.
