That`s a big step to do at one shot. I would try a run through a 270 FL die 1st then use your 25-06 die. The necks will likely be too thick and need turning also. I think it would be easier to just buy proper head stamped brass and forgo the work. The `06 is cheap enough that I don`t see the gain in all the work.......JMO
