Buyer said "check's in the mail", then said his wife sent that check in a higher (several $1000.00) amount to my address and for me to immediately cash it and then send the gun and the $ diff direct to him without benefit of an FFL. Wrong!

I've heard about dat rodeo, the dude/thief/con-man tried but didn't even come close ta succeeding.

Lord, I hope people arn't so stupid as to fall for dumbazz crap/scams like that!!!!!!!!!!!

However some must be, as I've heard of that happening on this and other sites.
