For $16,500, they can have it. A revolver that weighs 13 lbs? Although to be fair, practical went out the door with "I'd like a revolver in .600 NE"...
 IF he wanted the most powerful revolver on the world, he's got it. Now, if only he could find a T-Rex to shoot with it. gd
