Which black rifle?

I already know I want one of the varminters. The only question is going to be which length barrel.

I thought about piecing one together because I like doing mechanical stuff, but I just don't have the time right now. The one thing I would like to change on the Rock River AR is the forearm grip. I'd prefer the JP one, but who knows. If I'm going to have a scope on it and use it for semi long range shooting, I probably don't need to mount any accessories (e.g., red dot and light). Might buy a second upper for it in a carbine and use that with the JP forearm, or maybe just buy an entire carbine instead. I'm going to start with the one and then see where I go from there.
