Just a little note on the whole Mag issue.....

The springs on a magazine (or anything else) are not worn out from being left in a compressed state, but rather, from being cycled. It is the loading & unloading that kills the springs, not leaving them loaded. If a spring takes a "set", then it wasn't a good spring to begin with!

Any of the high quality magazines that you or I might use in our 1911s, should last several lifetimes....loaded.

Just a little FYI for those who might not know....
