Washington state is a "must issue" state. If you have no felonies and no violent crimes in your past they have to issue you a permit. Once the permit is issued it can only be taken if you commit a violent crime or felony.
If they don't issue to someone who is legally acceptable then the issuer can be sued for civil rights violation and criminally prosecuted. I just renewed mine again and had no problems at all. ________ Kitchen Measures Last edited by PaulS; 04-03-2011 at 04:40 PM.
