I say take the refund and buy a Sightron or a Luepold. But maybe thats just me. There are some really good quality (not great but good) Sightron S1s available at www.midwayusa.com in the $130s range. Not quite as clear as their higher end models, but I have seen more than a few of them mounted (even on mangleum power rifles) and they work very well and have a lifetime warranty just like the luepolds.

"The gun has been called the great equalizer, meaning that a small person with a gun is equal to a large person, but it is a great equalizer in another way, too. It insures that the people are the equal of their government whenever that government forgets that it is servant and not master of the governed." - 40th President of the United States Ronald Reagan 1911-2004
