Don`t sound like the 06 is ready for bench compation yet, but it`s good enough that you`ll need another excuse for any misses under 400 yrds.
 As for the WMR buy some ammo for several different places and try it. When you find a lot number that shoots real good go back and buy all they have of that lot.
