cold in the south

Earlier in January, I was camping up in Mid Georgia. It was 14F in my tent in the morning, and very windy.
I knew it was going to be cold, and went anyway, just to make sure I could do it, and that my gear was adequate.

I worked fine, as did the gear. HOWEVER, now that I have done it, I WON"T be gong camping again if it is below freezing.
